Investigating
We experienced issues that affected LightStep Trace Assembly and Streams between 4:13 PM - 5:06 PM. Specifically, ~50% of streams will have missing or inaccurate data, and fewer traces may have been assembled during this time.

This incident affected: US - Observability - Data Ingestion (US - Trace Assembly, US - Trace Statistics), Observability - Third-Party Notification Methods (PagerDuty Events API, Slack Apps/Integrations, Slack Connections, Slack Messaging), US - Observability - Web UI (US - Dashboards, US - Explorer), US - Observability - Alerting (US - Streams Alerting), and US - Observability - API.
